Let's begin this edition of "Did You Know?" with a pop quiz. Can you name this actress?

This actress moved with her family to East Greenwich when she was 3 years old. She would go on to star in some of her high school musicals such as Grease and Annie. In 1986, she won RI's Junior Miss. Who is she?

East Greenwich is the 8th oldest town in RI. It was established in 1677 and was named after Greenwich in Kent County England.
Fun Fact #3
In 1741, the town was divided into West Greenwich and East Greenwich. West Greenwich is larger and more rural. East Greenwich is closer to the coast. Both are part of Kent County, along with Warwick and Coventry.

Fun Fact #4
East Greenwich was one of five state capitals in RI up until 1854. The other four state capitals were Newport, Bristol, South Kingstown and Providence.
Fun Fact #5
